About This Project

The Roig Arena multi-story parking facility in Valencia features 8 levels and over 1,000 parking spaces. It’s equipped with a full public address and voice evacuation system made by LDA Audio Tech, bringing the latest fire safety technology certified under EN 54 standards to the site.

This project includes a NEO system with NEO Extension 4500, alongside a VAP-1 emergency panel with event management. Thanks to its EN 54-16 certification, NEO helps to comply with the current Spanish regulations on fire safety and voice evacuation systems in public spaces.

The system is enhanced by public address accessories such as the MPS-8Z multi-zone microphone, the RCD-21R media player, TFL-2 line terminators, VCC-64 channel and volume controllers, and VCC-64PSK power and communication adapters.

The entire facility is covered by 185 EN 54-24 certified loudspeakers from LDA Audio Tech:

The Roig Arena parking includes five levels above ground—four covered levels and one open-air—and three underground levels. With over 32,000 square meters in total area, it is equipped with electric vehicle chargers and fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The structure has a contemporary metal façade with curved corners, micro-perforated to allow natural light and reduce weight. A central courtyard provides airflow and light into the facility, which is also equipped with solar panels and energy efficiency systems.

This parking facility complements the larger Roig Arena complex, designed to host sports, music, and cultural events, with seating for over 15,000 spectators.
