The historic Rosenheim Town Hall, a former railway building and regular filming location for the TV series Die Rosenheim-Cops, runs on an EN 54-16 public address and voice evacuation system made by LDA Audio Tech. The installation combines four ONE-500 controllers in a ring configuration with a renewed speaker network to deliver clear announcements throughout the building.

The world’s best corporate tower, as recognised by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), has public address and voice alarm systems made by LDA Audio Tech. The ToHa Tower is located in the business district of Tel Aviv. Our partner Swilco chose EN-54 certified NEO and NEO Extension systems for the project. A total of 3,000 ceiling speakers and 400 wall-mounted speakers give some idea of the scale of the installation.

The Edificio Gorbea I (Gorbea Building) will be the new judicial headquarters of Madrid and will house 36 courts of first instance. It is a 12-story building with 3 basements and two terraces, and is located at the Paseo de la Castellana, in an already consolidated business area. Undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation process, it has a large curtain wall facade, high efficiency LED lighting, raised floor for wiring and efficient air conditioning to achieve the LEED Platinum sustainability certificate.

Commercial and residential project that comprises two towers in one of the main streets of Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). The business building has 27 floors, while the residential building consists of 19 floors with ten flats in each, including a gym and two swimming pools in the attic. Both towers have 3 basement levels with more than 750 parking spaces.
