Hotel Ancora Cortina d’Ampezzo

The Hotel Ancora is one of the oldest hotels in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, a small luxury establishment built in the early 19th century. However, it has been renovated to incorporate the latest technological advances in safety and comfort.

The building is equipped with three EN 54-4 and EN 54-16 certified LDA ONE-500 public address and voice evacuation units, which cover the common areas and corridors. They are connected in loop mode to create a multi-zone system with a proprietary UTP ring, thanks to the ONE-LOOP communication module.

The project, carried out through our local partner Phoebus, also included a VAP-1 voice alarm panel and an MPS-8Z microphone desk for live and pre-recorded messages.

Thanks to its double certification EN 54-16 and EN 54-4, ONE helps to comply with the current Italian regulations on fire safety and voice evacuation systems in public spaces.

The Ancora Hotel has been awarded a national certificate of excellence and has two restaurants. It is one of travelers’ favorite spots in the Dolomite Alps, a top international destination for winter sports enthusiasts.
