LDA Audio Tech’s whistleblowing channel is a mechanism for all members of our organization and people who are related to it (suppliers and collaborators) to report any irregularity or action against the law or the rules of our code of ethics.
This channel is a confidential and transparent means of communication that allows early management of any issue related to the scope, compliance or interpretation of the regulations applicable to our organization, as well as, especially, those behaviors that could result in a crime that may entail criminal liability for the legal entity.
