This is because the link with some of the auxiliary devices connected to the NEO input called “mic remote” was lost.
To solve it, you should verify the correct connection of the auxiliary devices on the input “mic remote” of NEO. It is recommended to use a straight UTP T568B cable (CAT 5e or higher).
