LDA Management System ISO 27001 45001 14001

LDA Audio Tech strengthens its management system with ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications

LDA Audio Tech has certified its management system under three international reference standards: ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management). These certifications add to the ISO 9001 certification already implemented in the company, consolidating a comprehensive management approach that covers processes, sustainability, personal protection and information security.

This system reflects the way in which LDA organises its day-to-day work, integrating best practices that all teams within the company are familiar with and apply.

Each of these standards provides a solid framework of best practices, based on planning, risk assessment, operational control and continuous improvement. Together, they provide a coherent working basis that reinforces the reliability of our operations, the stability of our processes and the development of critical solutions, especially in an environment as demanding as that of public address and voice evacuation systems.

This approach allows both customers and partners to clearly understand how quality and reliability are ensured in each project.

ISO 27001, information security, traceability and cybersecurity

ISO 27001 sets out the requirements for implementing and maintaining an information security management system. In the case of LDA, this certification is particularly valuable because:

  • it proves that we are a company highly focused on research and development,
  • with a strong technological component,
  • that we design solutions that form part of critical infrastructures and environments where reliability is essential.

We take care of every detail and guarantee data integrity as part of our commitment to our customers.

ISO 27001 certification confirms that LDA’s information, both internal and from customers and partners, is managed appropriately, protected, traceable and recoverable, ensuring its integrity and availability when needed.

This includes everything from access protection and secure system management to the proper preservation of technical documentation and evidence associated with the product life cycle. These are all processes that our team is familiar with and follows rigorously to ensure that critical information is always under control.

In addition, ISO 27001 reinforces increasingly important aspects in the sector, such as:

  • cybersecurity incident prevention,
  • staff awareness,
  • contingency preparedness,
  • and threat response capability.

All of this contributes to increasing the confidence of customers and partners and facilitates our participation in projects where security and robust processes are prerequisites.

ISO 45001, people’s health and safety as part of the management system

ISO 45001 defines the international standard for occupational health and safety management, with a preventive approach focused on risk reduction. At LDA, this certification reflects the company’s commitment to safe working environments and systematic management of people’s well-being.

Our corporate culture places great emphasis on caring for our team as part of our daily routine, not as a regulatory obligation.

Its implementation integrates clear criteria for risk identification, including:

  • physical, organisational and psychosocial risks
  • the adoption of preventive measures applicable to all company activities (i.e. design, manufacture, marketing and technical support for public address and voice evacuation solutions).

This system reinforces the idea that LDA’s knowledge, experience and capacity for innovation depend on its team. Caring for people is not only an ethical commitment, but also a basic element in remaining at the forefront of our sector.

ISO 14001, environmental management and continuous improvement of our impact

ISO 14001 establishes the requirements for implementing an environmental management system that allows us to identify and manage the environmental aspects and impacts associated with the organisation’s activity.

At LDA, this certification translates into a structured and verifiable vision of how we work to manage our impact and continuously improve. For us, sustainability is not just a policy on paper, but an integral part of every internal decision or process.

This approach includes:

  • Responsible waste management.
  • Optimisation of resource use.
  • Integration of sustainability criteria into our decisions, both in product development and in processes associated with daily operations.

ISO 14001 provides tools to measure, control and evolve in a consistent manner, aligning us with regulatory expectations and a growing responsibility towards the environment.

In this way, we ensure that every action taken by the company contributes to a more controlled and measurable environmental impact, which is also important for the perception of our customers and partners.

A comprehensive management system to boost confidence and reduce risks

These certifications, together with the already established ISO 9001, reflect the maturity of LDA’s management system and its ability to operate according to demanding, auditable criteria that are aligned with international standards.

For customers and partners, this model implies clarity and traceability in processes, verifiable controls and an additional guarantee that each product, each project and each innovation is supported by a robust system, geared towards continuous improvement, risk reduction and reliability at every stage.
