LDA Audio Tech has provided a complete EN 54-certified public address and voice evacuation system for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a luxury residential building located on the Mediterranean seafront in Limassol (Cyprus).

The project meets the safety and comfort needs of 182 residences distributed across 33 floors, along with extensive common areas offering exclusive services.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a tower located on Limassol’s eastern coast, featuring 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, private terraces, and panoramic sea views. Amenities include a 3,500 m²+ spa, fully equipped gym, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, private cinema room, and leisure areas. Its prime location by the sea aims to offer a full “Mediterranean experience” while connecting with the city’s cosmopolitan vibe.

LDA systems ensure maximum safety and acoustic quality throughout the building. At the heart of the installation is a NEO system with NEO-8250 extensions, VAP-1 voice alarm panels, MPS-8Z microphones with MPS-8K expansion keypads, and RCD-21R audio players.

The system is completed with EN 54-24 certified loudspeakers in various models (CH-42TN, DS-60TN, and PCP-20TN), ensuring optimal coverage and intelligibility in all areas. All EN 54 components guarantee clear and quick evacuation while also providing background music in areas such as the reception, spa, and gym.

The project was developed in collaboration with local partner V Hypersound & Light, ensuring a precise installation adapted to the technical and aesthetic requirements of the complex. The LDA solution offers reliability, flexibility, and a sound design tailored to a building with a wide variety of spaces and high performance standards.
