The spare device will be sent once the damaged one has been received.

 

The courier costs should be payed by the client. The client is the responsible of correctly packing the device. LDA will not assume any issue provoked by an incorrect packaging.

 

Please, make sure to package the device (with bubble plastic or similar) , to avoid damaging during the transport. It is recomended to leave at least 5 cm between the device and the box containing it.

 

The spare device will be sent tested, without any accessory (connectors, assembly accessories, etc), with the default configuration and last firmware version.
