Malathak Towers

Commercial and residential project that comprises two towers in one of the main streets of Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). The business building has 27 floors, while the residential building consists of 19 floors with ten flats in each, including a gym and two swimming pools in the attic. Both towers have 3 basement levels with more than 750 parking spaces.

In this project, LDA Audio Tech’s public address and voice evacuation solutions have been used, which provide maximum security in emergency situations as well as a high quality distribution of background music and audio by zones.
