The integration allows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real-time <strong>monitoring<\/strong> of <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/neo-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NEO and NEO+ systems<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Reception of <strong>automated events<\/strong> in critical environments: emergency, failure, disconnection or status change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alarm<\/strong> generation and response <strong>automation<\/strong> through Genetec&#8217;s \u201cEvent to Action\u201d system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote volume control<\/strong>, signal routing, zone muting or sending customized commands.<\/li>\n<li>Design of <strong>dynamic menus customizable<\/strong> for each installation or client, within the Genetec environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<a  itemprop=\"url\" href=\"https:\/\/www.san2.es\/pdf\/en\/lda.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"  class=\"qbutton  medium default\" style=\"margin: 30px 0px 30px 0px; \">Check the plugin datasheet<\/a>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The plugin developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.san2.es\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">San2<\/a> is certified and available under the <strong>part number GSC-1SDK-SAN2-LDA<\/strong>. For its activation it is necessary to have a license and a code linked to Genetec&#8217;s System ID, which can be requested directly to San2 by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@san2.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@san2.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Quick installation, non-intrusive integration<\/h3>\n<p>The plugin is installed using a guided installer that deploys client and server in a simple way. Once operational, the plug-in works in \u201cOperator\u201d mode, connecting to LDA&#8217;s NEO and NEO+ devices <strong>without modifying their factory settings<\/strong>, in a non-intrusive way.<\/p>\n<p>From <strong>Genetec&#8217;s configuration tool<\/strong> (Config Tool), it is possible to define the check frequency, associate events to status changes and customize the visual indicators on the interface. It also supports hierarchical menus (parent and child) to better structure the available actions.<\/p>\n<h3>A proven, production-ready solution<\/h3>\n<p>The plug-in is already in operation in real-world environments, projects where it has demonstrated <strong>stability, efficiency and compatibility with unified security installations<\/strong>. It allows a more agile response in emergencies, continuous monitoring of the public address and voice alarm system and a native integration into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genetec.com\/products\/unified-security\/security-center\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Genetec<\/a> workflows.<\/p>\n<p>This joint project demonstrates San2 and LDA Audio Tech&#8217;s commitment to deliver more value, efficiency and control to dealers and integrators, in pursuit of true <strong>interoperability between critical security systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The San2 plug-in is now available to the entire LDA Audio Tech distribution network.
