The existing, outdated installation was replaced with an EN 54-16 certified ONE system, ensuring compliance with fire protection regulations and enhancing the safety of both customers and staff.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Located on Neuhauser Strasse in Munich\u2019s pedestrian zone, TRETTER\u2019s main building is the largest footwear store in Bavaria. With four floors dedicated to fashion and accessories and a high daily footfall, the building requires a reliable voice evacuation system capable of delivering clear messages in any situation.<\/p>\n<p>The project, carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoenix-pa.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Phoenix Professional Audio<\/a> in collaboration with our partner <a href=\"https:\/\/gplusm.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gr\u00e4f &amp; Meyer<\/a>, included dismantling the old system and implementing a new public address and voice evacuation system based on two <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LDA ONE<\/a> units with dual EN 54-16 and EN 54-4 certification.<\/p>\n<p>The main advantage of this configuration is its fast and easy integration in commercial spaces like this, as each system combines Class D amplification, battery management, and a digital audio matrix in an ultra-compact format.<\/p>\n<p>This setup provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 independent zone outputs (100V)<\/li>\n<li>6\u00d76 digital matrix for flexible source management<\/li>\n<li>3 priority audio inputs with noise-gate function<\/li>\n<li>Emergency message player (dual message player)<\/li>\n<li>Integrated power and battery management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The system is complemented by <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/communication-module-one-loop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ONE-LOOP expansion modules<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/battery-charger-card-one-bc1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ONE-BC1 licence cards<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/eol-device-tfl-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TFL-2 terminators<\/a> for precise monitoring of speaker lines.<\/p>\n<p>An <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/mps-8z-microphone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MPS-8Z microphone station<\/a>, extended with an additional keypad, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/vap-1-voice-alarm-panel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VAP-1 emergency panel<\/a> were also installed. This configuration allows manual message activation, zone selection, and full control of evacuation functions.<\/p>\n<p>Before commissioning, impedance, power, and earth-fault measurements were performed on the existing lines, ensuring compatibility and optimal system performance.<\/p>\n<p>In high-traffic retail environments, message intelligibility and rapid response make all the difference.
