{"id":68503,"date":"2024-11-15T12:57:38","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T11:57:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/?post_type=portfolio_page&#038;p=68503"},"modified":"2024-11-15T12:57:38","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T11:57:38","slug":"nursing-home-santiago","status":"publish","type":"portfolio_page","link":"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/portfolio_page\/nursing-home-santiago\/","title":{"rendered":"O Casti\u00f1eiri\u00f1o nursing home in Santiago de Compostela"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The O Casti\u00f1eiri\u00f1o nursing home in Santiago de Compostela, built by the Amancio Ortega Foundation and publicly managed, is equipped with public address and voice alarm systems made by LDA Audio Tech.<\/p>\n<p>This project has been designed with ONE, the most compact and cost-effective EN 54 system on the market. <!--more-->Two <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ONE-500 units<\/a> have been connected in loop mode to reach more zones, complemented with the <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/microphone-mps-8z-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MPS-8Z multi-paging microphone<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/eol-device-tfl-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TFL-2 end-of-line devices<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To provide sound coverage for the space, 150 EN 54-24 certified loudspeakers of different models have been installed: <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/ch42-tn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CH-42TN<\/a> ceiling loudspeakers, <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/ds-60tn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DS-60TN<\/a> surface loudspeakers and <a href=\"https:\/\/lda-audiotech.com\/en\/productos-lda\/pcm-20tn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PCM-20TN<\/a> cylindrical projectors.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to its double certification EN 54-16 and EN 54-4, ONE helps to comply with the current <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/43OeXZT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spanish regulations on fire safety and voice evacuation systems in public spaces<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The O Casti\u00f1eiri\u00f1o residence has 120 fully equipped beds, with 42 people in single rooms and 39 in double rooms. It has physiotherapy rooms, medical consultations and a psychogeriatric unit to care for people with Alzheimer&#8217;s and other dementias. The residence completes its services with dining areas, chiropody, laundry and hairdressing, living and entertainment rooms.<\/p>\n<p>Through an agreement with the Xunta de Galicia, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faortega.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amancio Ortega Foundation<\/a> builds and equips seven residential centers that are integrated into the regional public network of elderly care with almost 1,000 new places available.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The O Casti\u00f1eiri\u00f1o nursing home in Santiago de Compostela, built by the Amancio Ortega Foundation and publicly managed, is equipped with public address and voice alarm systems made by LDA Audio Tech.
