Doha is preparing for the celebration of the FIFA World Cup in 2022 with the creation of new high-level infrastructure to host the event and encourage the practice of sport in the country.<\/p>\n
The Doha Sports City, also known as the Aspire Zone, hosts a large part of these facilities. Among them, the 2022 Building stands out, as an innovative construction with a unique design that resembles the numbers that form the date of the event.<\/p>\n
The mixed-use building includes administrative offices, a health club, restaurants, cafes, meeting rooms and an auditorium.<\/p>\n
With a total area of \u200b\u200b60,000 square meters, the complex consists of four rectangular constructions of five floors, each one with the shape of a figure and connected to the others by the basement. The design of the facades also takes the form of those numbers.<\/p>\n
LDA Audio Tech has supplied the EN 54 certified public address and voice evacuation systems for this project.
