Readme RMA

In order to ensure the quality of our RMA after sales service, below you can find the procedure to be followed:

COMMITMENT:
LDA AUDIO TECH commits to process RMA requests within a maximum of <b><u>five working days</b></u> from registration date in our service center (SAT).

In order to achieve this commitment, following requirements must be fulfilled:

REQUIREMENTS:

1º Shipping & Packaging terms.
• Equipment must be shipped with its original packaging. All accessories must be included, such as cables, connectors, etc..
• A copy of the RMA form, properly filled out, must be attached in the shipment.

2º Fill RMA form.
• Describe as clear as possible the problems of the faulty parts.
• Enter serial Number and Project Name.

***Shipments from out of the European Economic Community***, please follow the following instructions:

Include with the equipment the RMA form plus a Proforma Invoice to LDA with the original cost of the equipment, plus transportation costs. The Proforma must indicate:

• “CIF Malaga Value” instead of “Total Value”.
• Products Serial numbers (In this format: “LDAN/0000/0000″)
• “Temporary Importation: Equipment sent to be repaired and returned back”

In case of no compliance with this procedure,LDA AUDIO TECH reserves the right to modify the committed process time, and even cancel the RMA request. In the latter case, damaged parts will be returned to the client (transportation fees will be on the client’s).

 

OUT OF WARRANTY SCOPE.

LDA equipment will be considered out of warranty on the following cases:

• The equipment is been modified internally.
• Intentional cracks and failures.
General statement
It will be out of warranty products whose failure is caused by:
• Improper or inadequate manipulation.
• Use of third party agents that affects normal behavior of the system, such as voltage spike, dead shorts, etc …

 

NO FAILURE EQUIPMENT:

Once the damaged part is been repaired, tested and certified by our Technical Department, it will be returned to the client.
